• Collaborated with a research staff to develop a nationwide survey designed to improve the impact of arts-school education by investigating the educational experiences and career paths of schools' alumni.
• Designed institutional reports for 154 arts schools in 2010, 66 arts schools in 2011, and annual national reports for educators, policymakers, and philanthropic organizations who aim to improve and assess arts training.
• Assisted with the data preparation process for over 52,000 surveys collected between 2010 and 2012.
• Exponentially increased the audience on the organization’s online social network using strategic marketing planning.
• Designed marketing and presentation materials, website elements, and newsletters using Adobe and Microsoft Suites.

COMMUNITY ART PROJECTS
Faces of Dyslexia, 2013
Bloomington, IN
• An advocacy art project for people who have Dyslexia, which was funded by a grant from the Bloomington Entertainment & Arts District (BEAD).
• Large photographs were taken from people in Bloomington's community who have Dyslexia and displayed in the community of Bloomington. On the photographs were QR codes, which linked cell phone users to a website that allowed the public to read, watch, or listen to interviews about that person's experiences with Dyslexia. The project's aim was to educate the public about Dyslexia as a learning disability.

• I collaborated with Your Art Here, an Indiana-based non-profit public art organization created to provide local communities with an opportunity to engage in visual, public dialogue through the use of billboards and other public spaces. Together, we exhibited a mural of flower paintings created by my students at Pinnacle School in Bloomington, Indiana.
Inside Out Project, 2012

• A large-scale mural project with multiple locations that focused on celebrating diversity within the city of Bloomington, Indiana.
• I collaborated with students and teachers at Bloomington High School South, local photographer Kip May as a photography consultant, and the Inside Out Project production staff, which included international graffiti artist JR.
